Ken Anderson Endowment Scholarship

Application Deadline has been extended to May 1, 2020
The Endowment Committee has made the decision to extend the application deadline to May 1, 2020 for the Ken Anderson Endowment Scholarship.
We understand that applicants may need extra time to secure the necessary supporting documents due to school and college closures.
This scholarship is available for students residing in Door County, Wisconsin. Grandchildren of Bay View Lutheran Church members living outside of Door County will be considered if funds are available. Preference will be given to Door County residents.
High School Seniors are encouraged to apply. Also post-secondary students already attending technical colleges, trade schools, and four year colleges/ universities are also encouraged to apply.
Applications are available on the Church website at bayviewlutheranchurch.com under the heading of “Ministries”, then scroll to “Endowments”. Please be advised that the application was updated for 2020.
UPDATE: APRIL 4, 2020
The Endowment Committee is aware that some applicants are unable to make copies of their completed application.
Applicants may submit a single copy of the completed application one of three ways:
- Electronically by emailing the completed application to Judy Sargent judyksargent1@gmail.com . Indicate Anderson Scholarship in the subject line.
- Mailing a single completed application to Bay View Lutheran Church. The address is on the application form.
- Deliver a single completed application to Bay View Lutheran Church. While the office is closed there is a mail slot by the front door of the church.
